Noah Elkrief

This video is about how to deal with anger is part of my anger management series that I will keep adding to. It may seem as though our anger is created by what others have done or said, but it’s really not. If someone did something and you didn’t know about it (couldn’t think about it), then you wouldn’t feel it. After someone committed an action, in any moment that you don’t think about it, you don’t feel anger. How to deal with anger? How to approach anger management? First, you have to recognize that your anger is created by your thoughts, and stop blaming your anger on others, and events. How to deal with anger? How to approach anger management? The second thing to do is to look at what causes actions. Why do you do what you do? It is because thoughts arise in your mind, and you unknowingly believe them and then act on them. You don’t pick what thoughts enter your mind, or whether you believe them. It just happens. You’re not in control. That means you’re not to blame. How to deal with anger? How to approach anger management? If you aren’t in control over what you’re doing. Then others aren’t in control over what they’re doing. If they’re not in control, then they’re not to blame. I hope you find this anger management video about how to deal with anger to be helpful.
