First, you have to recognize that your anger is created by your thoughts, and stop blaming your anger on others, and events. How to deal with anger? How to approach anger management? The second thing to do is to look at what causes actions. Why do you do what you do? It is because thoughts arise in your mind, and you unknowingly believe them and then act on them. You don’t pick what thoughts enter your mind, or whether you believe them. It just happens. You’re not in control. That means you’re not to blame. How to deal with anger? How to approach anger management? If you aren’t in control over what you’re doing. Then others aren’t in control over what they’re doing. If they’re not in control, then they’re not to blame.
